Payment Terms: Payment must be completed to secure a spot in the camp. All payments are processed securely, and we do not store your credit card details.

Cancellation and Refunds: Cancellations made at least 7 days before the camp start date are eligible for a refund. Refunds may be subject to a cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the start of the camp.

2. Camp Rules and Regulations

Behavioral Expectations: Campers are expected to follow instructions from camp staff and respect other campers.

Disciplinary Actions: Any camper who violates camp rules may face disciplinary action, including dismissal from camp without a refund.

Safety and Health: Parents/guardians are required to disclose any relevant health information to ensure the safety of the camper and other participants.

3. Liability Waiver

By enrolling your child in our camp, you acknowledge that camp activities may involve risks. You agree to release and hold harmless Bright Eagles Lives PTY LTD, its staff, and affiliates from any claims arising out of injuries, losses, or damages that may occur during the camp.
